Churchill Downs Subdivision, Innisfil

John D. Bell Associates were retained in 2015 as a landscape consultant for the subdivision of Churchill Downs in the Town of Innisfil. Churchill is a small development consisting of 2 roads and 21 lots that will boast large single detached homes. Our scope of work involved preparing plans for tree preservation and removals, street trees, fencing, and storm water facility planting plans.
