Pond at The Gallery, Barrie

The Gallery at 300 Essa Road, Barrie is a condominium complex comprised of 4 6-storey buildings by Pratt Homes. Pratt retained JDB Associates to provide landscape architectural and arborist services for The Gallery Condominiums. 

Located to the eastern side of the development and behind the complex’s buildings is a naturally planted detention pond. JDB Associates were responsible for creating a native planting plan for this storm water management facility, working with the Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority to ensure all ecological requirements were met.
