The Gallery at 300 Essa Road, Barrie is a condominium complex comprised of 4 6-storey buildings by Pratt Homes. Pratt retained John D Bell Associates to provide landscape consulting and arborist services for The Gallery Condominiums.

Located adjacent to The Gallery is a 14 acre public forest open space. John D Bell Associates were responsible for creating a trail network though this property which navigates the rolling terrain and existing hydrological features. The trail consists of observation lookouts, boardwalks and bridges, rest areas with furniture, and lots of trail signage. The trail network has many different pathways each leading to their own areas of the forest and offers residents a great connection between the natural environment and condo living.
