Hyland Village Subdivision, Shelburne

JDB Associates were retained by Tribute Communities, as part of a multi-disciplinary team, to prepare landscaping plans for their community of Hyland Village. Hyland Village contains traditional family style homes in the safe and welcoming atmosphere of Shelburne, ON. 

Our scope of work involved preparing plans for tree preservation and removals, street trees, fencing, a community park, storm water management facilities, rerouting existing hydrological features, a trail network, and enhancing the community’s frontage through the use of entrance features and planting.
