The Gallery, Barrie

The Gallery at 300 Essa Road, Barrie is a condominium complex comprised of 4 6-storey buildings by Pratt Homes. Pratt retained JDB Associates to provide landscape architectural and arborist services for The Gallery Condominiums. 

For The Gallery’s streetscape landscaping our team designed a connected network of paved pathways throughout the development, lined with stylish urban planting beds and site furnishings. We designed large entrance structures off of the main entrance that coincide with the modernist look of the development and can be seen quite easily due to their imposing nature. Various outdoor amenity spaces are located within The Gallery and offer both a blend of active and tranquil spaces for all to enjoy.
