Warner Residence, Innisfil

JDB Associates were retained by the Warner family to complete the landscape design for the waterfront yard of their property on Lake Simcoe. The project was focused around a boathouse built into the shore bank with an upper patio and green roof above. Between the boathouse and the dwelling is a porcelain patio large enough for parties and contains both a glass soak tub and hot tub. Working with the Town of Innisfil and LSRCA this project is a great example of the innovation JDB Associates can provide in order to maximize the potential of your water front lot.
